Oxford Coding and Robotics Apprentice Level 2, in partnership with Resolute Education, comprises a Workbook and Teacher’s Guide, for use with the Micro:bit Car. At this level, learners build on previous knowledge and continue to explore the world of block-based coding and the Micro:bit.
Features
- Clear photos of circuitry and screenshots of coded text teach the key knowledge, skills and values that will help learners progress step by step from creating and testing code in a simulated environment to debugging, uploading and executing the program they created.
- Guided by PUGGLE the robot, learners will build theoretical and practical understanding of light sensors, temperature sensors, light level gauges and push buttons.
- Learners then build a Micro:bit car which has line-following capabilities, object avoidance capabilities, and a remote control.
- The accompanying kit provides all the components learners will need to build their project, while the Resolute online platform contains supplementary materials, interactive exercises and multimedia resources thatn complement key lessons.
